Marsha Keeffer

Executive Director

Marsha has a 12+ year background in high tech. In her operations role at Rubicon, she is responsible for client and vendor relations, project management, and the company physical plant and systems. As a communications professional, she directs Rubicon’s internal and external publishing efforts, develops speaking opportunities and manages special events.

The principal of MKeeffer Consulting, LLC for more than seven years, Marsha crafted media and PR plans, participated in channel and distribution strategy initiative, and directed numerous launches. A partial list of her clients included Advanced Interactive Systems, BEA Systems, Brio Software, Hewlett-Packard, McDATA and NVIDIA and Rubicon Consulting. Prior to that, she was an account director and managed a team that provided services for HP and other tech companies at Hoffman Associates, a leading Silicon Valley public relations agency.

A recipient of the PRSA Compass Award, Marsha holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Notre Dame de Namur University and a B.A. in English from San Francisco State University.
